    Hi Vagabonds

Our day starts nice with old Sol making an early appearance then the afternoon goes down hill.

I’m slowly getting ready for New England Conference in Manchester, NH in around two weeks. If I can get my little computer going right I’ll be able to keep up with the comics and all you nice Vagabonds.

    I’ll catch y’all later.

Arye asked me to post this today:

    Good morning, Vagabonds,

Although I still can’t navigate the new format to make a comment, I’ve been following all of your comments on “Benetin y Eneas” and “Gaturro.”

I write to Miriam, my 3rd cousin who survived the Holocaust because her father went to Chile in the 39’s in Spanish (I’m still to lazy to read the comics in Spanish) and to her son Daniel in English.

They have invited me to visit them in Germany! I’m looking for a cheap flight to Berlin from JFK in the middle of July but I don’t know how to navigate the flights.

Danielis a wiz with computers and when I’m visiting my new-found relatives I’ll ask him to help me to learn to navigate F==the new GoComics so I may again join all of you.

My comments: Niki has a lot of ’splaining to do. He should have told her from the start about driving the antique cars.

Mary’s new-found ship mate is headed for trouble and I don’t know how his wife can’t smell the nicotine on his breath – I’m very good at smelling nicotine on people.

I haven’t see anyone has comment on “Pickles,” but I don’t know ANYONE who would buy crunchy peanut butter. Everyone I know picks the smooth variety.

I love the newly-born birds in “For Better or For Worse” and, as usual, I like the artwork in : “Gasoline Alley.” I can’t remember the name of the comic with the wife whose husband is a disgusting hairy ape and whose best friend is black and always looking for a boyfriend while her son is so very perceptive and would dearly love his parents to get back together again. If someone can tell me the name of the comic, I will look for its back issues.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Another couple of hours before I leave for my retreat. I will be out of touch all week-end. It should be a great time.

We’re still trying to get the Wally to work. It is beginning to look like the wiring in the Zee is bad. What else????

The forecast has been downgraded to 97, but the weekend is supposed to be over 100. The retreat center we will be visiting is high enough in the hills that the temperature will be around 20 degrees cooler. Poor Michael…..

    Rita, have a safe trip.

Everyone have a blessed day and a great weekend.
