This is mostly true… the crying baby gets the milk, etc.
Not in our house. Whining brings an automatic and firm NO with no revisiting or negotiating.
I have always found whining to be a good technique!!
And of course Garfield takes half….the BIGGER half…!

I would give him a quarter of it and say he should be grateful he’s getting anything at all.
