Wow….that’s ANOTHER thing that went away when I wasn’t paying attention! My grandparents and a few other adults I knew as a kid had guest books, but I guess they were done soon after that time.
It’s beautiful to read these old strips again : when I was a kid , more than 50 years ago , I read it in an Italian magazine and the names of Nancy and Sluggo were Zoe and Arturo

I saw a Spanish Nancy once. Aunt Fritzi was something like “Tia Gertrude.”
