WAKE UP EVERYONE!!

If I’m up, I want company!

LONG trip to CA today for the kittens. We left at exactly 4:30 this morning and pulled into the garage at exactly 10:30 tonight. 824 miles RT. The time ran long because we spent a little time at Dr S’s house then went out for lunch. Add in our breakfast stop at Mimis in Victorville this morning (our favorite place for that any time we go to CA), a stop at Boot Barn in LV and a few bathroom stops for me.

The babies did great. As soon as I let them out in the bathroom, they hit the toys running and are having a field day! I figure they’ll play a while then sleep. Brad is out in the new hot tub easing his stiff body. I’m going to bed.

Rose, ha ha you have probably already nodded off again! You and Lily are two of a kind. I was just off at Pooch Café when you showed up here.

Queen, all cats should worship and adore you (not that they will, given they are cats after all).

I’m surprised the kitties didn’t have a sweet comment to make to Annie on Mother’s Day. She loves them so much.

Wow…the pictures of the 4 rescued kittens, courtesy of Queen are adorable!!!! All different, mischievous and adorable. Thanks Baconboy for the links. This story makes it a true Happy Mother’s Day.

BTW…my cats could have posed for Graham’s Days of the Week calendar.

They’re lovely, Queen – but their expressions seem to say ‘And what was that long ride all about?’ :^) Today’s strip made me yawn!
