Yes, we WILL get to work less and relax more if we fix the economy so as to distribute society’s wealth more equitably to the populace as a whole. As it is, half of the people in America are being supported by the other half, but with automation, we should be able to cut that down to 90% being supported by the remaining 10%, who’ll only have to work for maybe a decade at most before retiring to the good life.
