I always thought lava was a little extreme. My floor was dirty swamp water that I would drown in.

What volcano spews cold lava anyway?

It seems that Phoebe looks much smaller than usual… except maybe on the last panel.

Ha I remember doing that as a kid, climbing from furniture piece to furniture piece so as not to fall in (of course, I had no unicorn, but still pleasant memories rekindled here!)

Does Marigold have a “fire shield” spell?

Cold lava is called “rock.”

Well, I’ve de-upside-downed!

Reminds me of the Tommy Lee Jones movie “Volcano”, where the Subway worker jumps down into the lava and takes 2 steps to throw someone to safety. That piece of bad science drove me crazy!

We used to do this on playground equipment. The sand that surrounded the playscape was hot lava and we took turns trying to push one another into it.

Cold lava = volcanic rock. Get your head around that.

Phoebe’s wrong! There IS such a thing as cold lava! :D
