Some of those recorders may have more rancid comments made by the caller. I know I have exercised my vocabulary a time or two.
All of our operators are rolling on the floor.
I like when it takes you through 3-4 steps and you end up back at the initial recording or better yet, “Call us during normal business hours.”
Especially when it IS normal business hours.
You wait, and wait, and wait… and as soon as nature calls you the the bathroom, the service rep. finally answers !
Must be the VW TDI claims portal number. So glad that is over with for me….
your call may be recorded for quality control purposes and so we can play it back later for giggles…
