Oscar isn’t “real” so he won’t be “really” neutered. However if he was a real dog, then he should be. The sad reality is that there are far too many puppies out there who will never be loved because someone thought spaying and neutering was “cruel”. Almost every one of our many dogs over the years have been rescues for this very reason. And we often have two or three dogs at a time.

When you see a fictitious number in comics, tv shows or movies, it typically is a 555 number for that reason.
