All I can think of is the Benny Hill skit where he plays the worlds greatest goal keeper whose never missed a catch and he catches a bomb so it doesn’t explode when the police detective throws it to him through a window, after bowing to the cheering crowd on the street he goes to kick it away.
I’m very annoyed with my friend right now. We were supposed to be meeting up today but he couldn’t come because he “had a cold” I had only just got ready to go out as well. What a pathetic excuse, I still go places when I’m ill. Not the sort of ill where I’m throwing up…etc.
He is always moaning that we don’t see each other enough. I think I’m being messed around. Normally, I keep weekends for myself and after today, I’m still going to. Sick of putting other people first. It’s all about me from now on. Anyway, I had a great day out without him.
