Tony asked, about 8 hours ago

    Do you jog?

Hot and humid as it is these days? With a nasty cold/summer flu?

    My mind maybe. (cough)

    Jog, Tony?

    Really?

At this age, in this condition?

Well… the spirit may be willing….

but the mind is absolutely flabbergasted that any part of me would entertain such a notion…

I can hear my mind now, yelling "WHAT?? Are you out of your….um…. well… me?

    Are you out of me?"

I’ve tried to jog my memory once or twice. But it got hit by the same car crossing against the light.

I only try to jog my memory on occasion. I say, WALK, don’t run.

Jog? Not in this lifetime and not on your life!

@Susan and everyone:Shawn is home and now the rehab starts. Got a few weeks to go, but we’re over the first hurdle. Since this is our 4th rodeo, we know what to look for during this time.

His GF? First time going through it. She’s a basket case. Throw a few extra good wishes in for Jennifer, please.

Again. Thank you all for your support. I really really appreciate it.

    @Tony:

At my age, the only thing I “jog” is my memory. These legs can’t go faster than a good, brisk walk. But I hope you all won’t “walk” away from today’s…

    Second “Daddy’s Home” Question:

What has someone told you that you “shouldn’t do”?

I’m on my treadmill several times a week and do a little jogging – not near as much as I used to. I just walk around the neighborhood – don’t want the neighbors laughing at me. A beautiful day today, though – I think a bike ride is in order.

My knees and feet would suffer if I jogged. For once I agree with Stan. Long walks for me.

Jog? Why? Is something large and hungry chasing me?
