    I have spent a fair amount in North Africa and around the Red Sea. While there, I had the pleasure of trying some of the best tasting (my opinion) food on the planet. One result: I have and am enjoying 4 cookbooks that cover the area.

    I’m getting a culinary education from this strip. Maybe once a week it should show a page from Ali’s cookbook. (if he ever uses one.)
