Feel young again? She is nuts. I managed restaurants for 20 years & it is the hardest work in the world. 60 hour work weeks are the norm. Employees who do not give a s*** no matter that you try to set a good example by showing your employees that you will do everything that you ask them to do. No job is beneath you. And you still work your butt off. Don’t buy the last panel on the bench. Who wants to go back to that type of work in their 50’s? Janis is nuts.
