What Dean may not realize is Sam has Problems.
They could be:
His wife is dissatisfied or a shrew.
He hates being single.
His child has humiliated him.
He was passed for a promotion.
He is in debt.
He has a big big ego and no one appreciates his superiority.
Sam’s behavior makes it impossible for people to help.
