Gleise 581 g is tidally locked, with one side, way too hot, facing the star, and the other, way too cold, in permanent night. There is a signpost up ahead: “You are now entering the Twilight Zone.”

Funny how that describes Brewster to a tee. His head is too hard and well…you know.

Obviously the second place he landed was not TOO soft.

The ship didn’t sink to the bottom of an immense sea of dust.

Flagging DOES work arvelru. See post from jglynn from GoComics under today’s Argyle Sweater. Are you shilling for the spammers, trying to get us not to flag?

I think we all understand this arvelru. You don’t need to keep repeating yourself at great length. The fact remains that flagging works and GoComics is trying to do something about it. (See “The Argyle Sweater” posts, Tues. Oct. 12 towards the bottom.)The spam goes away each day when enough folks flag. Yes, they sometimes re-post later in the day and we all don’t have the time to re-visit later and re-flag. We each will continue to do what we can in this battle against the weasel-scum!
