People can’t be bothered to dispose of bagged excrement let alone wiping the dogs bottom.

Most women will pick up after their pooches. It’s mostly the men with humongous dogs who don’t clean up.

Then how about using the toilet instead of open defecation, mutt?

I suppose you could train a dog to use an Asian squat toilet.
