I think my daughter’s first serious ankle sprain (six weeks in a cam boot) came from jumping off the swings. She’s had so many it’s hard to keep count.

Oh man! that brought back some great memories. We used to do that on the giant swings at the park. I can’t remember ever getting hurt.

I am amazed I never got hurt jumping off of swings. My daughter bit through the sides of her tongue.
