My wife and I have polar opposite opinions about chupmunks because of where we grew up.
Where I was raised, in the South, chipmunks are cute little animals that we sometimes see around birdfeeders. Where my wife grew up, they are furry little spawns of Hell who rip their way into attics in mid-winter and chew through the electrical wires.
As this strip is set in NY, I guess we’re getting my wife’s version.
