    With baseball being a non-contact sport (for the most part) pitchers throwing at a batter should be ejected without warning. It’s one thing when a pitch gets away, it’s quite another when it’s deliberate.

    As for batters showing up a pitcher after a home run, well, if you don’t like it, “Pitch Better”.

    I think that it is allowed once per game. Than the umpire warns both managers. After that, both the pitcher and manager is ejected immediately, either team.

    These bench-clearing “brawls” are mostly a bunch of millionaires swinging wildly at thin air. It’s like the old vaudeville routine: “Hold me back! Hold me back! HEY, you didn’t hold me back!”
