Well, it exists in the same universe as everything else, so in that sense it is “with” everything.
How can a diner say, “We serve breakfast all day” when it closes at 2:00 pm?
“Try our Unlimited Data Plan (which we cap at 22GB)…”
Everything to the restaurant is what is shown or listed on the menu. A traditional hamburger comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Other burgers add everything from onion rings to sliced avocado, etc.
No peanut butter?
“Oh, you want our ‘Burger with Anything.’ Just specify if you want extra cream cheese and raisins.”
