The only part of government that moves slower than Congress is the State Legislature of Illinois—haven’t don anything towards a budget in two years—quite possibly three ! ! ! ! !
I always get a kick out f politicians who say they’re going to fix Medicare or Social Security. " Fix " is a term we, euphemistically, use for castration and tubal ligation in animals !
