OK – I’m slow today. I don’t understand the pay-off gag in the last panel.

See the face on the top of the ‘cloud’ in the 3rd panel? (We won’t talk about that thing sticking out on the lower left unless it’s the end of an umbrella because it looks like rain out there.)
That would look beautiful as a woman’s coat.

In the last panel, Jeff is using disruptive camouflage, like some ships use. I doubt it’ll be effective enough to make the woman say, “Who did that?”
Would have been better leaving Jeff out of the final panel.
