Only in comics can people walk around barefoot. It makes me jealous

I don’t go that far, but i do have my sandals!

I never could see the appeal of going around barefoot outside, even as a kid. But I know all sorts of kids who’d do it in a heartbeat if given the chance. My mother says she and her siblings used to do the same thing as kids.

Time to get the “beach feet” ready

I go barefoot as much as I can – it’s good for your feet. Since moving to Northern Idaho from Southern California, though, not so much in the winter.

I can’t be barefooted anymore. With the diabetic neuropathy I can’t afford to for long.

I’ve always lived in urban environments, not safe for bare feet.

It’s the casual use of the ocean as a wastebin I don’t like. Are a lot of Americans that uncaring?
