    Most of his salary comes from ESPN contracts. If you don’t like it, then cancel your ESPN.

    Well, sports is considered entertainment, with the players as the celebrity names. And they get paid as such. They also risk a carreer ending injury every time they step onto that field, and may need that millions to live off of if they end up crippled for life.
