I think laptops and computers come with Windows 10 now. Would it cool if we actually got a choice of Windows 7, 8, XP etc. On my old laptop I had Windows XP.

Saw three rabbits while out walking yesterday.

Andy and Flo, like Smythe’s parents Richard and Florrie, were always fighting, so he gave them the same house at 37 Durham Street, Hartlepool, which his mother lived in after the separation. In one 1975 collection, Smythe describes his fictional couple’s street in terms which suggest he’s really recalling his own childhood there: “Little terraced houses with an outside loo, one cold tap in the back kitchen where the walls are always wet, with windows that won’t open and doors that won’t close, and those freezing cold bedrooms where your breath comes out like a cloud of smoke.”
