Some companies put so many silly-@$$ restrictions on passwords, it’s impossible to come up with one that you can remember. The silliest restriction is one that limits how BIG your password can be. Mine are typically 20 or more characters (easy to remember, difficult to type, virtually impossible to crack.
Here is a fun site: http://www.passfault.com/. Try some of your old passwords on it and see how good your password creating abilities are. In the meantime try: Clark_Kent@Metropolis+2017. <- Two centuries and three decades to crack.
