I am slow, but it just dawned on me – Officer Kopp (Cop). Boy do I feel dumb. :oP
How does a motorcycle pull over a butterfly who doesn’t choose to land? And where are the “lanes” in the air? Officer Kopp should have had one of the diet patrol planes instead of his motorcycle.
