I love that the months are personified with their own personalities, and the characters have definite feelings about them.

Of course I live in the southern USA and we don’t view August, or any of the summer months, with the happiness they do.

If it only worked that day, October wouldn’t even make it past the security checkpoint if I were in charge.

After living in UK for 45 years and now living in Spain I thought I would never say this – PLEASE MAKE IT RAIN. Hasn´t rained since April!

I think August is a bit too enthusiastic in the Pacific NW, supposed to hit 100 this week

We, too, love the different months and how they are portrayed. August seems so happy. Hope he brings us cooler weather, in 80’s and up for too long, in a drought situation here in Michigan. Thanks again, Chip. You are the best!

Oddly enough, it has been kinda cool-ish for summer here in the mid-Atlantic region of the US. 80s and so forth. We get storms, but we are used to that. Just watching the crops and the fishermen here. What August said is pretty much true in this region, though.

Mr. Dunham, you should introduce a climate change character as a kind of “trickster” figure that messes with your personifications of each month.
