There used to be a Hereford Building in KC where the statue was originally located. When The Hereford Association sold their property, they mooved the giant hereford bull statue across the highway to Mulkey park (which is near the FBI regional HQ). p.s. It is perched on a very tall pylon which you can see from North and Southbound I-35.
