I don’t lose things I just misplay them and I wear glasses almost all the time except fo be and I don’t know when that will be. I could understand if I had chocolate but no caffeen.
My wife has 12 pairs of reading glasses (literally), and she’s constantly looking for them. I have one pair of glasses, but since I wear them all the time, I never lose them.
This Pickles cartoon reminds me so much of my wife. She is always misplacing her glasses. Lucky though she works for an ophthalmologist and gets them for free.
I remember when I picked up my new glasses and I drove back to work. I had to drive thru a downtown area and could not believe how well defined the buildings were with my new glasses. Before, they looked like mud buildings and now I could see each individual brick. I need my glasses for driving and television and will go back home if I forget to put them on when I leave the house.

I find as I get older, I’m finding more creative places to lose stuff. Used to have just one place for my glasses; and now I have about 15.
