The old child’s rhyme: Yesterday upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn’t there. He wasn’t there again today. I wish the heck he’d go away.
Doctor, the Invisible man is waiting to see you. Nurse, tell him I can’t see him now.

He’s already gone in….. two patients ago.
How does the doctor check his pulse?
he’s transparently faking it – you can see right through him…
But the guy sitting next to him was there first.
