I read a story a week about another embezzler being caught. One of the most interesting was a woman who retired. She was in charge of traffic fines. They found hundreds of unprocessed fines in her desk. It turns out she didn’t know how to use the new computer system. It wasn’t embezzlement but she screwed the city for thousands of bucks.
