Yesterday, Martha’s dress was one piece. Today it morphed into two pieces. What will happen to the dress tomorrow??

How do you know when a boy is completely self-absorbed?

Answer: When the girl he is interested in walks away and he doesn’t even notice.

He talked with her at camp. What’s the diff?

How about “Hi Martha! Nice to see you. I didn’t know we went to the same school. I’m glad we’ll see each other now and then. Do we have any classes together? How about lunch? Had a great time at camp!”

Is this the same girl he eventually marries?

Was it this strip or another? Boy friendly with younger girl during the summer, but back to school with his friends totally ignored her!

Reminds me a bit of “Grease”. Young couple that communicates over the summer very well and then the “cool” young man can’t be bothered to hang out with her at school in front of his friends.

This is an adolescent teen girl. She had stars in her eyes when she was with him at camp; Now she might find him repulsive. Mike may be right; better be cautious.
