Anyone old enough to remember a “Tiny Toons Adventures” episode with baby Plucky Duck at a miniature gold course with his father? Alice is reminding me of that.
I took my grandnieces to an indoor black-lighted “monster” mini-golf. They would hit the ball and run to the next hole; I’m telling them to slow down, wait for me, take it easy. My wife is saying, “let them play!” So, fifteen minutes later, we’re out the far end of this course, at $12+ a pop for five people. Ah, well. The kids were sated with their fun, my wife learned to pay attention to what I say, and the sun shone on a wonderful and peaceful world.

Peter does have a wicked sunburn up top, and that would make ME cranky.

Well he’s not cranky, because he said so!

Petey likes this “sport”? Wow! What next? Mini Soccer? Not likely.

If Dad wants Alice to hurry up, he should teach her how to hold her club.

try taking an entire pre-k to mini golf. Make sure you have the course to yourself for awhile.

I love a healthy family interaction!
And, I do not play miniature golf, much less the “grown-up” variety….
