Imagine how hot it will have to be for water to be transported inland faster than it can flow back to the sea. Just making the atmosphere dense enough to allow it to carry water past the tropical storm dropout failure will take a lot more thermal energy than we can even imagine in the current world.

That being naked just allows the heat to hit your body equally. Not comfortable to me.
