My husband is 8 years younger. He looked like a kid when we got married. For years people would ask, “is he your son?” or “Is she your mom?”. Fortunately now that we are both considered old we look a lot more similar in age. People shouldn’t ask that kind of questions. Also we Really Don’t have a word for that relationship, it’s “she is my son’s wife” and variations, there needs to be a word like co-parents or co-grandparents, that’s a mouthful.
