When I lived in Atlanta, Ga. back in the 80s, there was an after hours club run by the Jewish War Veterans. It was a non-profit that charged a membership fee [I think it was $10 a year] so it was able to ignore some of the liquor laws that regulated the other clubs. It didn’t open until 6 in the evening, and stayed open until 6 in the morning. All the service people from the regular bars would go there after work, and the partying was epic!
Champagne, Eggs Benedict, and girls who just wanted to have fun are the memories that comfort me in my dotage.

If I were Officer Alan, my [sarcastic] guess would be the canal.

Really dumb suggestions like that are why Alan has never made Sergeant.

Probably headed for the canal.

Either straight into the canal or the nearest pub.

I’ve never been much of a night person. My idea of a good time at night is watching TV, with a bowl of popcorn, then straight to bed.

It’s pretty obvious what Andy wants the answer to be.
