Some friends from out of town called, to ask me to come meet them at a local Jack-in-the-Box (a fast food hamburger chain, to those unfamiliar with the name).
When I sat down, they pointed, laughing discreetly, towards a table across the room,
where the manager was sitting, in his Jack-in-the-Box uniform and name tag, eating KFC (fried chicken) out of its bright, easily recognisable box.
BTW I saw the arm too. Weird!
Some cartoonists will use duplicate body parts to suggest motion… but this isn’t really in the right position for that….
Probably a line from a rough sketch that got inked instead of erased.
Oh yeah… and I don’t live very close to any stores,
so since I have to drive anyway, and have more time than money, I know all the bargain places to shop.
If you mean food…
What I can, I buy at Costco… but a lot they sell is too much for one person.
The freshest meat and produce, and at a bargain price, are at a nearby Mexican supermarket, where you can choose one piece of chicken if you like, or they’ll cut you half a pound of something.
A discount grocery chain has good deals on cheese, milk, canned goods, and other staples….

I shop at the local No Frills, usually. Sometimes at WalMart if I need other stuff. I have yet to run into a 3-armed clerk at either place.
