I have tons of “commissioned artwork” … only it’s beautifully framed cross stitch pictures for my walls … and I’m the artist!
If you haven’t tried it, don’t knock it.
I wouldn’t mind having one, but I’m too cheap to buy one. I do have commissioned artwork - my mom made quilts and paintings to my request. Thankfully, I didn’t have to pay her! (But she did really nice work, they would probably bring in some money.)
