Honestly, some places are pretty much this way anymore. Sadly at a local place a woman asked to speak to the shift manager due to super long wait and wrong order. He came out and yelled and cussed at her. Yup! I will never go there again as this was only one negative report on the place.
@ GENT – I was taught to leave a tip regardless of the service. if you don’t leave something they think you just forgot! If I get bad service I give a dime tip! That way they might get the message!
