There should be a law and strict enforcement about designation of a “service animal”. Corporations and businesses are bearing the brunt of silly old ladies buying a vest online, just to be able to take Foo-Foo anywhere they want. And because of that, real individuals such as vets with PTSD are often viewed with suspicion because their condition is not readily obvious, like a blind person.
My brother has a Yorkie and bought a permit on line to get a paper saying this little shrimp is his service dog just so he could take her into stores instead of leaving in his truck. Could just leave it at home!!

So a dog in a vest indicates it’s a “service” dog?
