Labeling Joel’s pipe that way is a very “Chester Gould” thing to do.
Does a cartoonist need to get permission from the other cartoonist in order to do a crossover?
Very funny.
Haha! Wonderful in all regards! Joel should have told Mr. Tracey that his pipe was “loaded with the finest burley.” :) At least that is what I am enjoying this morning, in my pipe, myself.
Joel probably also thinks motorized vehicles will never catch on. He has stuck to his Becky-powered wagon.
Good to see that Tricky Prickears has embraced technology. As such, he should be able to find Ruthless in no time!
Yeah, computers will never catch on!
