Contemplation: Where did it all go so wrong? … ah, yes. My outburst.

Contemplation: What is the point of existence?

So she’s incommunicado.

Beyond caring… not a good sign.

That so-called lawyer is just a bit too perfunctory for my taste.

It does look like another one of those duplicate-panel days today, though, doesn’t it? Plotwise, it’s fine.

Robert Nowall: I was about to say the same thing. However, it works even better today than it did Monday.

William Bednar: I’ve been feeling that way since Wednesday. Wednesday, he declares the necessary verdict, regardless of truth, and today, he assumes it’s in the bag!

I don’t see Fenrick as being too perfunctory. He can see that Heather is sitting there in a morose silence and doesn’t try to engage her in chit-chat she doesn’t want. This isn’t really a “duplicate panel” day — it’s a good way to illustrate how withdrawn she is.

Endtown does not seem like the kind of place I would want to live. Not because the people there have been forced to live there. Not because of whatever it is that has happened that turned these people into animals. The reason I would not like to live in Endtown is what these people are doing to each other!

Even if, as I suspect, it is an analog to what is going on in our world.

His word balloon tails suggest that he’s drunk.

Just think… She’ll be tried for a murder she has no memory of. After being found not guilty, she can go back to her shop that no longer exists because it was burned to the ground. And let’s not forget that there are plenty of wolves loose on the street who will continue to make her life miserable because she defended her pig friend.

Oh, yes… Life just gets better and better.

Eyup…….her trial is in five days. She hangs herself by morning.

I’m glad he’s not my attorney. Good luck, Miss Hoss. I think you’re going to need it.

When will the fish reveal their plot for control of Endtown…
