I’ve been saying from the beginning that Manafort and Flynn will flip. No doubt that Trump has back-channelled to them that they get pardons if they hang in there and stonewall, but since nobody can trust Trump to keep his promises, I think they will flip. Why the HELL Congress hasn’t hauled Manafort and Flynn in front of their committees yet baffles me.
It’s Mueller time! I hope he gets something that will stick and soon! Good grief, a woman who laughed during the AG Sessions confirmation was hauled into court by the DOJ. If such a petty action takes place against a person for laughing when it was suggested that Sessions was not racist and treats all citizens fairly, surely we should see some consequences for trump’s questionable behavior on many fronts! Someone must speak up when the emperor has no clothes.
I commented in another post that Mueller has added an IRS investigative team to his investigation. That should turn up a lot of information since they have access to all of Donnie Boy’s IRS papers. Where they usually get them is the Box checking errors. And manafort and Flynn may have skipped a box or two about money in foreign accounts which could get the short hairs in a ringer. It’s usually the small errors that trip the big boys.
Big surprise that Trump’s campaign manager had connections with Russia. I wouldn’t be surprised at any of the Republicans having Russian connections at this point, the way they are obstructing the investigation makes them all complicit.
