The phrase “He stole from the rich to give to the poor” is often used about Robin Hood, but when you read the legend or watch the movies, that’s completely false. He stole from the government to give to the poor.
Sadly, this modern society. Borrow, borrow, borrow. Debt, debt, debt.
I have heard it said that people buy things they don’t need, with money they don’t have, to impress people they do not like.
