Press secretary/Mike McCurry: Good morning. First of all, we'd like to thank Rep. Henry Hyde for justifying his own extramarital activities as "youthful indiscretions." If having a long, adulterous affair can be called an "indiscretion," and if age 45 is "youthful," then we feel Mr. Clinton is entitled to a similar pass......especially since the president's been living a lie for only three years, whereas Chairman Hyde has been living one for 30! Mark: Mike, would this be another change in strategy? Press secretary/Mike McCurry: Yes, but we think this one's a winner.
