“Tracht” is costume, but I get nothing for “Rittner”. It’s only one letter off from “Ritter” = “knight”, but that "n"may make it an entirely different word. Or it’s some conjugation of “Ritt” = “rider” that Google translate does not recognize, so that’s a riding costume.
