That’s the electronic equivalent of a good old fashioned Southern way of insulting someone WITHOUT really insulting them. You can be as catty as you like, or as mean, or stab them in the back multiple times, but if you just end your insult with; “Well, Bless Her Heart!” you can get away with it!! I see the “Good Christian Church Ladies” here in Kentucky do it ALL the time!!
