Death is a “given.” Living life, enjoying it, being creative, and even creating more life through relationships and family, rather than just endlessly enduring obsessions over a future death, are, frankly more worthwhile. I do not feel remotely distracted from thinking about death. I am too busy doing something utterly foreign to you, called living a life.
