PHANTOM & MARK TRAIL: Both strips have nice prop plane artwork in their respective Panel 2’s. I think The Phantom’s plane is a British de Havilland DH.88 Comet. The plane in the MT strip is much newer (& I don’t know the make/model). P. himself is flying the DH.88. I think it’s the pony-tailed baddie flying the plane in MT Panel 2.

Judge Parker – Sometime around 2020 I hope to figure out what’s going on in this comic strip.

Mandrake – Yeah, it’s that other dude. Forgot his name, but he’s Mandrake’s brother!

Mark Trail – Nicely drawn airplane!
