    That would do it. Take it from me, the trick (and it’s no trick) is finding things you like to eat that also happen to be healthy. It’s trial and error, but don’t give up. If you have a sweet tooth that needs to be sated, go with the fresh fruit. It’s all the sugar you love AND it’s nutrient-dense. It’s even really filling! Try to get THAT from a Twinkie.
